I honestly didn't have high hopes. Because we've all seen these fads and trends and the beef tallow hype has been hyping, right? It's EVERYWHERE making us think.... Am I doing my face care wrong? Have I been doing it wrong this whole time? But how many fads turn out to be just that? How many things just don't live up to the hype?So I was skeptical to say the least. BUT I have learned a lot about the toxins and chemicals we take into our bodies every day through food and have made many changes with what me and my family eat, even though I've always been obsessed with healthy . There's always room to improve right? And don't get me started on seed oils! Gawd! They are everywhere!But I never thought about what I was putting onto only my biggest organ!!! My skin!Looking at the insane list of ingredients I can't pronounce, on my very nice moisturizer that I've been using and loving for years, and I felt like an idiot once I really thought about it.So I thought, I guess I'll try this beef tallow fad.I have been struggling with menopause skin. If you know you know. Struggling with acne for the first time in my life while my skin is also painfully dry. I swear to God... Are the hot flashes, insomnia, brain fog, and exhaustion not enough? I also have to have cystic acne, crepe like skin around my eyes, and skin of the Sahara!?! Seriously!?!So I got this beef tallow moisturizer. Took a chance. Was worried it might make this crazy acne worse. Or that it might smell too strongly like beef or even citrus! But it was so I thought.... Well I can return it if I hate it.And out the gate I was like... Hmmmm greasy. And I'm not sure. But the smell was nice, not too much at all. And no beef lol. So I began to try it a bit here and there for the first week. Took me a min to figure out how much was too much and to get use to working with it and the feel of it cause it's different. And I hate change! Lol But then I started slugging it on with castor oil at night. And woke up looking less like the crypt keeper. Another week goes by and I start realizing that my skin feels better when I use this stuff rather than when I use my normal moisturizer. And I lean more into the beef tallow. I noticed if I put it on at night I don't need more in the morning now, especially after slugging.And then I realized that it has been a week since any acne. Then two weeks. Then 4!!!!And then I have people saying things like "Your skin looks absolutely amazing" or "You are glowing". WHAT!?!? ME? I haven't glowed in 4 years!And then I begin to look in the mirror again. Quit looking at myself a couple years back. But I was Liking that girl looking back cause damn her skin looks AMAZING. She doesn't look like a paper bag anymore! That's the skin she used to have! It's back!Honestly I cannot tell you how big of a deal this stuff is. I haven't tried any other brands but who cares!?! This stuff right here? It just fixed my menopause skin. Ladies if you know, you freaking know!I will say that slugging your face with castor oil mixed with this beef tallow is a pro tip. But don't slug directly up to your lashes! It will irritate your eyeballs. So stay about a half inch away from upper and lower lashes ladies! You're welcome! But I would highly suggest doing that. Castor oil is an anti inflammatory, pore cleanser, and helps your cells regenerate, heals scars, etc. But slugging with my old moisturizer and castor oil did not do what this combo of the tallow and castor is doing!!! So enjoy it!But during the day, a tiny bit of this stuff on your face is all you need. The skin around your eyes is going to LOVE IT. Your lips will love it. Your cheeks, neck, forehead, everything.I wish they sold tubs of the stuff so I could use it all over my body but I'll take the win with the face and I use coconut oil on my body anyways.So Try this tallow. Give it time. Get use to it. Then soak up the compliments. Hell, you'll compliment your self when you see you in the mirror! LolIt's gonna look good on you. Your skin will thank you!Plus this company is pretty cool. I've looked into them and they are exactly what I was looking for. Family ran. From right here in America. This balm is such a game changer. My skin has never felt more moisturized. I put it on at night and in the morning I wake up with baby soft skin. Totally worth it.

I received my tallow balm in perfect condition, and even though the packaging isn't fancy, it does the job. The balm itself is amazing - very moisturizing for my dry winter skin. I get chapped hands easily and this works better than any lotion I've tried. Absorbs well and smells nice too!

I had actually heard some friends talk about this product. I was a little skeptical actually ordered it and it has been amazing, I have extremely dry skin. Anyway, winter weather makes it worse. We have horrible windchill where I live at night after I take off my make up. I use this with a silicone brush all over my face. I use it on my lips several times before I go to bed and use it a second time on my cheeks where I have been using this product it is plumping and helping produce more collagen in those areas. This is a part of my nightly skin care routine, I will subscribe and keep using this product. It is worth every penny actually use it on my cuticles and my nails. I use it on my lips and use it on my face and my neck and chest area. A little bit goes a long way after I have cleanse my face and neck , give this product try will not be disappointed I would say, it smells a little bit, honey. I love it. This product leaves my skin so soft it makes it plump. It's very effective and at this point it is well worth the money and the convenience that I can just order on and have it delivered to my house.

I ordered this because my skin was so dry from using prescription face products. This product not only moisturized my skin but also calmed the sensitivity. I did notice small breakouts at first but they went away quickly. I recommend this product for both dry and sensitive skin issues!
